- Return Policy-
All sales are FINAL. We accept returns or exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item(s) was shipped to you. Please do not send us ANY items you wish to return or exchange to us WITHOUT emailing us prior and opening up a case - we will not accept the return.
Refunds and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be damaged in transit or you have received the incorrect item(s). If either is the case, please contact us at email@example.com within THREE (3) business days. Please include the following in your email:
- Clear, high quality photos of the item(s)
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- Your name and phone number
- A clear description of why you want to make a return or exchange
Upon receipt of your email, we will respond promptly and accordingly to serve your case and replace your item(s). If the replacement item(s) is/are not available, we will refund you the full price. All items MUST be returned with original tags.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your replacement or refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within seven (7) business days.
There are no refunds for digital products.

Orders are packaged and shipped Monday - Saturday. Please allow up to 3 - 5 business days for your order to ship. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have not received an email please check your spam folder.
Please note: US Postal Service Priority Mail® products and First-Class® packages may temporarily require more time to be delivered due to limited transportation availability as a result of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic. Priority Mail's two-day and three-day service commitments will be extended to three days and four days, respectively. Customers will continue to receive improved product tracking.
